Jersey Pride Prints

Happy Hump Day!

Lately I’ve noticed that home state-related products are really popular and trendy. So as a proud Jersey girl, I feel like I need to jump on the bandwagon. I found some awesome art prints on Etsy for a nursery (click here to check them out) that feature the baby’s home state. Being a crafty and cheap person who would never spend $40 on a print that doesn’t even include a frame, I figured that I could create my own version for Baby Kopp.  Here’s what I came up with:

I don’t know if I’ll actually end up hanging one of these designs in Baby Kopp’s room or not (I haven’t even picked the nursery colors yet). But they were still fun to make and experiment with.  I decided to add an extra bit of fun to my designs with chevron and polka dot backgrounds, but maybe it’s too much? Let me know what you think and tell me which version is your favorite! Also, in case you really like my pictures and you love NJ, download these printables here. If you’re one of those poor folks like my husband and from another state, let me know – I’d be happy to make a customized version for you as consolation.
